What LogSprint is
LogSprint is a vehicle logbook app for iOS. It records trips, odometer readings, and running costs, and produces exports designed to meet ATO logbook method requirements. It is a record-keeping tool, not tax advice: whether and how much you can claim depends on your circumstances, and decisions about your tax affairs belong with you and a registered tax agent.
Your logbook is your record
Your data stays on your device, which also means it is in your care. You are responsible for classifying trips accurately, keeping the odometer readings honest, and keeping a backup. The app makes gaps and edits visible; it cannot stop your phone running out of battery, being lost, or having location permissions turned off.
LogSprint is provided as is. We work hard to make trip detection reliable and to make failures visible rather than silent, but no automatic tracker is perfect, and we do not guarantee that every trip is captured. Review your logbook before you rely on it.
Pricing and subscriptions
The free tier includes unlimited manual trips for one vehicle, a 14-day auto-tracking trial, and the method calculator, and it does not include exports. LogSprint Pro is a subscription (A$49.99 per year, or A$5.99 per month) that adds auto-tracking, PDF and CSV export, expenses, multiple vehicles, automatic iCloud backup, and financial-year reminders. Manual logging and one car stay free forever.
Subscriptions are purchased through, billed by, and cancelled through Apple's App Store, under Apple's terms. Prices shown are in Australian dollars and include GST, and they may change; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that services are provided with due care and skill. Beyond what that law requires, our liability for any claim connected to the app or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
